Walt is a Partner at Sandy Bay Partners.  Walt Ungerer has spent greater than 24 years working with Fortune 100 Companies, Start-ups, Wall Street and Private Equity investors.  For these valued stakeholders, Walt has been instrumental in executing hundreds of millions in direct investments, mergers and acquisitions, management carve-outs, trade finance, and investor relations transactions.  Active in the Greater Atlanta community, Walt provides pro bono financial and strategic advisory work to various non-profit organizations.  Walt has been an active member of the Association for Corporate Growth and the National Investor Relations Institute.
